Dish drying mat--another great find!

Sometimes the rack just isn't big enough, you have an over-sized pot, or need space to keep things until you get a chance to put them away.  It's soft enough to rest fragile or glass items, durable, machine-washable, and so absorbent--I've never had water seep through to the counter! 

I found this dish-drying mat at CVS.  I also saw it at a kitchen outlet in Vegas, and at Bed, Bath, & Beyond, so I'm sure it will be easy to find.  It comes in several colors--beige, blue, green.
